Catalively (formerly Catalyst Collective) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization accelerating innovation in suicide prevention. We engage people experiencing suicidal thoughts and behaviors through proper assessment to connect them with valuable resources to reduce risk. We work to eliminate suicide by providing research-based approaches and resources to unify communities touched by suicide. We provide innovative support at every opportunity to promote access to help and hope.

Recognizing the expression of art as a means to reduce mental health and suicide stigma with a student art exhibition featuring local, student artists, live music, and light refreshments.

Artist Submission Instructions
Please complete the form below. Only one entry is allowed per artist.
Bring your artwork to your school for arranged pickup, including a copy of this completed form.
Your artwork is due at your school no later than 3PM on Monday February 17, 2020.
Artwork can be any medium, but must be completed on an 8.5x11 size surface with a “Love Your Life” theme.
Framing, cataloging, and hanging of art will occur by event staff.

Each complete art entry will be considered for scholarship awards in amounts of $500, $250 and $100.

Conditions Governing Loaned Art
Catalively (NPO) will exercise the same care with respect to loans as it does in the safekeeping of its own property.
Artist acknowledges that NPO will not be responsible for damage to or loss of artwork listed on this form. The artwork listed on this form will not be insured by NPO or the Aurora Cultural Arts District (venue). The artist acknowledges that if insurance is desired, it must be secured by the artist independently.
By signing below, artist gives permission for NPO to use artist’s work in all marketing materials, including but not limited to photography, social media, website, and printed program. All artwork will be featured with title and artist name.
Unless arrangements to extend the loan have been made, the work shall remain in the possession of NPO as the borrower for the period of February 17, 2020 3PM until February 24, 2020 8:30PM, but may be withdrawn at any time by the event staff.
Unless indicated for sale below, the work will be returned only to the lender named herein or to his/her/their guardian listed on this form.
If NPO is unable to return the work to the artist or identified artist guardian on February 24, 2020 at 8:30PM and arrangements to pick up are not otherwise made, NPO reserves the right to sell or dispose of the artwork if not claimed within 7 business days.

When is the Love Your Life Event?

How much are tickets?
Tickets are not required for this free community event. Everyone is welcome! Donations are encouraged.
What kind of art can I submit?
All mediums (paint, photography, pastels, etc.) are welcome as long as they meet the constraints of being an 8.5x11” size.
Will there be food?
Appetizers and nonalcoholic beverages will be provided.
Can I donate at the event?
Absolutely! Catalively appreciates your support.
Is there parking?
There are a limited number of parking spaces in the adjacent lot, however street parking is available. Please do not leave valuables in vehicles. Park at your own risk.
What should I expect at this event?
Student artwork, student artist scholarship awards, food, refreshment, and community engagement including music and mingling!
